Situation

ARC Leaders Forum is one of the key events in the Australian retail calendar, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers and emerging voices. Following a recent rebrand, there was a clear need to elevate how the event was captured and presented. The content couldn’t just document what happened — it needed to reflect the quality of the forum, reinforce ARC’s position in the industry, and support ongoing visibility beyond the event itself.

The Approach

We embedded our team across both days, capturing the full experience, from keynote sessions and panel discussions through to the quieter, in-between moments where real connection happens.

The focus wasn’t just on stage content. It was on the atmosphere, the conversations, and the calibre of people in the room. This gave a more complete picture of the event and what it represents within the industry.

With ARC undergoing a rebrand, the coverage needed to also match that shift... clean, considered and reflective of a more refined, trail-blazing organisation. Every piece of content was captured and delivered with that in mind.

The Result

The forum was captured in a way that continues to work beyond a documentation of the event itself. ARC now has a strong bank of content to promote their work, maintain relevance in the industry and build anticipation for future events. The coverage reinforces both the quality of the forum and the strength of the ARC brand, positioning it as a leading voice in Australian retail.
